At the initial meeting we will work to understand your needs, goals, and preferences for your project.  Through intuitive questioning and active listening we will spend the necessary time with you to in order to clearly understand your objectives.  We will then work with you to establish a realistic set of goals that will fit comfortably into your budget.

 

Step 1 – Design Process

Almost all remodeling projects require some sort of design to be successful.  While smaller projects will not require blueprints, any structural projects (typically over 10K) will require a set of blueprints stamped by a licensed architect.  At this point we will introduce you to an architect who will assist in turning your ideas into a tangible project design.

Step 2 – Cost

With a solid design in place we can produce an accurate project price. We will guide you to the proper vendors so you can make your selections for all the phases of the project.  With your selections in place we can provide you with a detailed proposal so you know exactly what you are undertaking along with an accurate time frame for project completion.

Step 3 – Building Phase

If you choose to use our services we will set a start date and discuss with you a time frame for the different  phases of your project.  A contract will be drawn up and in order to keep you informed, all scheduling, deliveries, etc. will be in writing.

Step 4 – A Continuing Relationship
